It's hard to describe this one page TRPG. Your party has collective luck for dungeoneering. You have personal luck for surviving danger. If you don't push both, you'll never get anything done. Oh, and it's science fantasy. In fact, I'm hoping for some Wally Wood (NSFW link) shenanigans.

This is solid. I think the lack of concrete rules when it comes to adjudicating what a... Spear and Wrestling using, Dwarven Magician who is adventuring for Riches and Atonement... can or cannot do actually *helps*. Because the OSR vibes is "smart play doesn't roll" is even more obvious when it is right in your face, if you can use these traits to avoid contact with the rules, you'll do better than someone who rolls blindly and wildly.
